Our Approach

As Marcus Washling said: “Those at the top of the mountain didn’t fall there”.  Achieving any summits in life takes deliberate, planned effort, and we believe that the same philosophy applies to executive development.

We have a number of ‘blue lines’, ropes that tie us and our work together that keep us aligned and always focused on the bigger goals.  Regardless of the domain of work, the type of client, or the Summit Culture team member involved, all of these apply and inform our engagement philosophy.
