We Help Leaders

GET STUFF DONE

Performance coaching is rigorous, requiring mutual trust and constant focus.
It allows leaders to:

reframe their approach to work

deepen key relationships

close down derailing ‘blind spots’

Performance Coaching Values

Whilst all our coaches bring their own style based on years of coaching experience, all subscribe to the Summit Culture Performance Coaching Values:

A ‘bias to action’ with actions to be taken by the client. This is not a paid coffee-chat.

Based on a business need and role-related. It is not a ‘rite of passage’ nor based on title.

Strengthen capabilities of current performers, not a remedial process for under-performers.

Focus on business performance: this is not ‘life coaching.’

Summit Culture Performance Coaching:

Process Flow

No Change,

No Charge

Summit Culture aligns with Marshall Goldsmith’s philosophy of ‘Pay Only For Results‘.

At Summit Culture, this is known as ‘No Change, No Charge. If the sponsor doesn’t see a material capability uplift as a result of coaching, we will not invoice. We have stood by this commitment since our beginning in 2017, but have never had to give a refund.

This is because we only work with clients we believe will truly benefit from coaching, and we ensure coaching is tied to leadership behaviour change endorsed by their stakeholders.

Tight, Focused, Targeted.

Paratus (Latin): Ready

A sub-set offering of Summit Culture’s Performance Coaching, the Paratus Programme is a customised offering for Leaders in any of the following stages in their career:

  • Transition to a more senior role that requires an expanded skill-set
  • A move to a new organisation / operating environment that requires an elevated awareness of own strengths
  • An assessment of current personal executive brand and definition of what may be needed going forward

Paratus is not career counselling.

It embodies the core of Summit Culture’s Performance Coaching tenets as above, but also includes an element of ‘teach’ regarding key leadership concepts, current best practices and tools for dealing with business situations.

Outcomes for the Leader may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identifying strengths to leverage in the next role
  • Build a 90-day plan–to allow them to ‘hit the ground running’
  • Objectively analyse past missteps and identify actions to mitigate such issues
  • Define their executive brand and further develop executive presence
