Summit Culture welcomes Rob Piazza to the team! Rob joins us in the full-time role of Lead Consultant for Japan, focusing on working with client executives and their teams, as well as connecting our Associates and strengthening our on-the-ground presence.

A long-time resident of Japan and fluent Japanese speaker, Rob has an impressive resume and proven track record; having worked on both the consulting side and as an internal Learning & HR professional in a number of blue-chip organisations.

We are still doing what we’ve always been doing: high-end leadership development and performance coaching. Now with Rob leading the charge in Japan, the future is even brighter.
